Nowadays with respect to customer, customer satisfaction, regarding present and future needs of customers are the main guideline which must be noticed in organization policy. Therefore Motorsazan Co. has established management system of investigating customers'complaints ISO 10002, in order to increase its customers'satisfaction by developing communication channels with customers, regarding present and future needs and expectations of customers, improving customer focus processes and after sale services processes. The company was and cited on 10/02/2010 on the basis of this system requirements and succeeded to get customers'complaints management system certification, ISO 10002:2004, from Italy IMQ institution.
